Distinctive Estate Management, a stand alone division of the six time award winning Hammers For Hire Design/Build Remodeling was developed to respond to the growing need for professional, trustworthy home maintenance and property management services for clients that appreciate quality, detailed work and great customer service. For the past ten years Danny Mellen and Russ Harding have operated a professional construction company in the Colorado Springs area, specializing in large scale structural remodeling and whole home renovations. Starting business in 1998 the goal was to create a business that thrived on great customer service and continuous referrals from past clients. Over the years many of past clients have brought to our attention that they are worried about hiring someone from the phone book or from a local coupon book, not sure of whom was going to be doing the work, what their concept of quality was and they will respect their family, home and privacy.
